The program in Philosophy’s principal purpose is to allow students to grow
as Philosophers; from a detailed understanding of the philosophical
tradition and permanent dialogue with the academic community he/she can
search, formulate and discuss philosophical problems orally and in writing.
It has two areas of concentration: Ethics, Political and Social Philosophy,
and Esthetics and the Philosophy of Culture
